GoldLink is a Washington, D.C. rapper and singer known for a fluid, melodic approach that blends hip hop with R&B, house, and digital soul.

Early in his career, he became associated with the "Future Bounce" sound, a dynamic style characterized by elasticity and dance-floor energy. Deeply rooted in the DMV region, GoldLink integrates the syncopated rhythms of go-go music and local narratives into his work, most notably on the conceptually driven At What Cost. His evolution has led him toward a more global perspective, exploring the influence of Black African music and Afrobeats on his debut studio album, Diaspora. A selective collaborator, he has worked with artists such as Kaytranada, Pusha T, Khalid, and Wale.
